1. Nitroxboddy iPhone app quits (crash) during the CooTwo calibration. Please see attached video at https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/55004055/CooTwo.m4v
iPhone IOS 10.1.1
Nitroxboddy 1.2.4

2. CO always show 1.4-1.6 ppm, is this is normal?

We will look into that asap.

It depends on your location. If you are next to a major highway or in a large urban center, that value could be normal.
What value do you get when analyzing a tank with known good gas?

Hi, would you mind enabling crash reporting (if you haven't done so already) and making the app crash a few times, as that will increase the likelihood of a crash report being sent to us to help us debug. To enable crash reporting:

- open the iOS Settings App
- tap on 'Privacy'
- scroll to the bottom and tap on 'Diagnostics & Usage'
- enable 'Share with App Developers'

Thank you

I did, you should receive multiple reports. CooTwo is become even more unstable, now I cant even connect or if connected then dropping connection after 3-5 sec. Please see attached videos.

Thank you, we've received the crash reports and see where the problem is. We will be working on a fix for the next version of the app, but in the meantime the following steps should fix your crash:

- Within the Nitroxbuddy app, tap on the Settings Tab
- Tap on "Device Manager" and connect to your cootwo
- Go back to the main Settings screen, and tap on "cootwo Settings"
- Tap on "Device Info" and wait for the various info on that screen to be filled in.
- Tap on "Device Name" and enter a name (anything you want, just don't leave it blank).

After setting a device name, you should be able to perform a calibration/analysis without a crash. Let me know if that works for you, and sorry for the inconvenience.

From the video it seems that cootwo thinks to be in private mode. Try resetting it
