Possible to use cootwo standalone (without smartphone)

Postby kelemvor » Thu Apr 07, 2016 9:16 pm

Is it possible to use the cootwo (deluxe) standalone with no phone connected? If so, how do I perform the tests? I've tried simply pressing the button like I would on an analox tester but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Yes. You can calibrate the Oxygen sensor and perform analysis without having to use a smartphone.
A smartphone is required to perform a CO calibration.

Push the button to activate cootwo.
If necessary calibrate the O2 sensor.
Then place cootwo in front of the tank to be analyzed and watch the result on the LCD.

What do you mean by "it doesn't seem to do anything"?
What do you see on the screen?
