tech buddy download stuck

Postby socalswami » Sat Jun 10, 2017 9:04 am

Hello,
I've enjoyed using my tech buddy but recently the download feature gets stuck. All the features of the iphone software appear to be working properly and communicating successfully with the unit. Are there any diagnostic tests I can run through the app? Would resetting the device help?
Thanks,
Mike

How many logs you have in it?
What is the battery level?

It is not possible to replace the battery of a TechBuddy (it is a hot molded device).
