I will get the designers looking into this.

I've tried again to download logs and now it looks like it starts download than momentarily pops message "invalid message length (5<7)" and it disconnects from bluebuddy. To reconnect I have to go to apps manager and force to quite "my bluebuddy" app. Than I can reconnect but it repeats the same as above.

Well I have this bluebuddy for 1/2 ear now and more than 30 dives on it. Regardless I got no use of it so far.

No, unfortunately, so far, I did not receive any email communications from you.
By the way, I do get emails from the ediving blog/website.

IF you will RMA this device, would it be possible to preserve (by any mean) existing logs on it?

Hello, I just got back from Bonaire.
I am using my tech buddy with my htc one android phone with android 4.4.2
I can download dives correctly the first time but when I go to download the new log after a dive the app gets stuck on 178/0. if I clear the data on the app in android and re download all the dives it downloads them all correctly. I did a memory test and the device tests ok.
I have one of the kickstarter Tech buddy's.
