Hi,
we plan to release r10 by the end of May, but in the meanwhile we have released the r10 beta version.
For the next few weeks the server will support both r9 and r10beta.
Please help us debugging r10beta; play with it and post any issue you find on the r10 beta feedback topic.
You can download r10beta by clicking HERE.

Thanks.

NEW FEATURES
- Diver / marine life interaction
We have finally tied a scripting engine into dive sites; this should give us a greatly expanded ability to create dynamic and interactive content in sites.
For now, please check out Sandy (our Great White Shark) in the south-east portion of the San Clemente north-bank dive site. Make sure you have something to keep her at distance (such as a pipe section ..... located somewhere near the starting point . :-) )

- Helium Deco
When diving Trimix, a separate decompression simulation will be run for the helium part of your dive ..... if you surface with unsafe levels of helium accumulation in your tissues, there is a good chance you will get bent.
Helium will be factored into your dive planning screen Estimated Bottom Time.
A new "Trimix Loading Meter" is available in the eDiving store, that will work similar to the current Nitrogen Loading Meter, but show you both your helium and nitrogen deco levels.
Both the Trimix Loading Meter and the regular Nitrogen Loading Meter has also been updated with a new color scheme:
- On-gassing tissues are either yellow or red, depending on if the tissue is above surface-safe levels.
- Off-gassing tissues are either green or orange, depending on if the tissue is above surface-safe levels.
- On detailed tissue graphs, Helium is indicated as a lighter colored, thinner bar compared to nitrogen.
- The background grid and vertical axis of tissue graphs now have a yellow and red line to show both the warning and surface-unsafe cutoff levels.
We have included in r10 beta lot of preliminary support for Trimix dive computers ..... but we do not have yet one. Plan is to release the Pursuit - OC mode - in June / July time frame. For now use tables and the (now working) Digital Bottom Timer.

- Sites Navigation Menus
The menu page listing all the dive sites is now much cleaner - and useful. Instead of a "Description" column there is now a "Features" column with three icons indicating the site's features:
- The first icon is the "Activity" which can be one of "Exploring", "Learning", or "Gaming".
- The second icon is the site type, which can be one of "Natural Reef", "Artificial Reef", or, coming soon, "Cave".
- The third icon is the site's difficulty level, which can range from one (simple recreational dive) to four (difficult technical dive). All current sites are level three or below.
- You can now filter the site list according to various criteria, to make finding the dive site you want to dive easier. When you have set a filter, only sites that meet that filter's requirements will be shown.
- You can select one of the three "Activity" categories, or all sites.
- Depending on the category you are filtering by, other filtering options will be available.
- When filtering by "Exploring", you can pick the Country and State you would like to see sites from.
- When filtering by "Learning", you can pick either "Tutorials" for basic tutorials, "Dive Computer" for dive computer training sites, or "Rebreather" for rebreather training sites. Dive computer training sites can be further filtered by computer manufacturer.
- When filtering by "Gaming", different game types can be selected. So far we have only one game type: Lobster Hunting.
- When filtering to "All Sites", you can type a section of the name of the site into a text box. Only sites with names that match the entered text will be shown. (Ex: Typing "USCGC" would show both "USCGC Bibb" and "USCGC Duane")
- The "Number of Dives" column has been replaced with a "Max depth" column, telling you the maximum depth you can reach at the dive site.

- Depth Profiler
The depth profiler will display your depth profile to-date with dive time and your estimated ascent profile with estimated ascent time.

- Digital Bottom Timer
Now working. The digital depth gauge will display your current and maximum depth and your elapsed dive time in a digital readout.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed few bugs related to buddy-diving.
- Fixed text scaling.
- Fixed a bug with fish that caused them not to decide to move very often.
- Fixed a bug related to ROV.
- The starting resolution setting will now affect both windowed and full screen modes when switching between the two after you start.
- Fixed a bug where using an air-only tank with stage bottles showed incorrect air mixes for various tanks during the planning screen.
- Fixed a bug that could sometimes cause a dive computer to display an estimated total ascent time that was lower than the current deco stop time.

This bug happened right after I aborted a Buddy dive:

I went to Open another Buddy Dive, when I started typing in the Describe Dive Box, The Objectives Menu came up along with the Trinkets Menu. In order to make them disappear, I had to re-type the letter. After a few tries doing that, a Windows message appeared saying eDiving Client has stopped working (responding) Here is what I was typing in the box-" Please Join Me"

This has happened once before
