It was a good class/presentation.
My only complaint is the "activation code". I bought my zoop from dive shop. The owner had no idea what I was talking about. I called two other dive shops, and they didn't know. I even tried reaching out to Suunto but that was a dead end. I finally wound up paying the $5. I had already spent a lot of money on gear, so I guess five more dollars isn't that much. I just wish the whole process was a little more straight forward.
But again, it was a good class and I'm glad I took it.

Hi,
I am glad you liked the class.
Our service is quite new and it will take some time to bring all retailers up to speed.
Here in USA we are working directly with Aqualung (Suunto 's distributor) that is promoting our classes with their channel ... but it is up to the individual dive store to offer - or not - our classes.
One way to "motivate" dive stores, is to ask them if they offer our Activation Codes BEFORE buying a dive computer from them :-)

Good class. However, the log book function was not covered. It takes a bit of fiddling to switch between dives!

The logbook is covered in the Review your Dive section

Ooops! When I went looking, I assumed it would be in the memory section. Doh!

With some Suunto computers it is! Some have a separate plan section and some include it in the memory. We try to organize the class according to the structure of the unit, which sometimes isn't always the most logical placement.
