Denying potential buddies?
Posted by eDiver on September 6, 2010 at 2:27 am in General Discussion
I have a question for you all.
Why would someone start a virtual dive in buddy mode but then deny another member to join them? Specially if the "other member" is me?

Does any one have any explanation?

Maybe they are only looking to buddy dive with a specific friend and are waiting for that ediver to join them. They could be on a specific "mission" and don't want to be distracted.

Or, maybe it is too intimidating to eDive with THE "eDiver"!

Who wouldn't want to buddy dive with eDiver? He is the founder of eDiving...I definitely wouldn't deny you

Or maybe the diver is low on air or is about to die and doesn't want another ediver to join and then realize that he has been ditched...Maybe an option to message the buddy id you are low on air, that way he can start another dive instead of wasting time joining the dive, then messaging the other diver trying to see if he/she can join again

Thanks
